Welcome back, Year 2! We hope you have had a fun and relaxing Christmas break, and are ready to learn. We have such an exciting Half Term ahead!
PE DAYS FOR SUMMER 2
PE days for Summer 2 will continue to be Tuesday and Thursday.

Year 2 teaching team:
Your teacher for this year will be Miss Lilley.
We will also be joined by Mrs Kinghorn on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning.
Mrs Meek will be teaching on a Wednesday afternoon.

Reading books
Library books are to be handed in on a Monday. These will be changed and returned home on the Tuesday.
Little Wandle books are also to be handed in on a Monday to be changed.
Please can Little Wandle reading books and Reading Records come to school every day.

Homework
Homework will be live on a Thursday morning and the completion date will be stated as this can change. Please note that nothing will need to be 'handed in'. Children will complete a 'Writing Task' every Monday and information about the write is always set for homework so children can prepare.
If you need any help or support with homework please do not hesitate to contact a member of the team.
You will receive a homework pack shortly after the Little Wandle meeting. If you do not receive a pack please let a member of the Year 2 team know.
